Based in Marrickville, NSW, Wastewood is a non-profit organisation that repurposes recyclable wood for eco-conscious clients. Despite their impactful mission, their business model needed improvement to ensure sustainability.

To enhance their business model, aligning with their eco-conscious values while boosting revenue for long-term success — and to create a brand identity that communicates their mission effectively.
